The vegetable fatty acid is short for dimer acid. It is a chemical made by polymerization of actadecadienoic acid. It is amber, transparent and viscid liquid under normal temperature. It has not toxicity and irritancy; dissoluble to a lot of organic solvents except water.
Mainly used to produce polyamide resin, polyamide hot-melt adhesive, polyester, lubricant, corrosion resistant agent, flexibilizer and so on.
